The Royal Alex Hospital is one of the two largest Therapeutic Endoscopy Centers in the Edmonton Zone and supports over 15,000 patient visits a year. Now, our Endoscopy unit needs your help to bring in a new C-arm to aid endoscopic procedures.

A new C-arm (Computer Assisted Radio Technology) at the Royal Alex would not only provide our patients with better treatment and surgical outcomes, but it would also decrease the length of procedures, allowing the hospital to see more patients, provide quicker access to diagnosis and treatment, and overall transform interventional endoscopy procedures.

The Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation applies a sustainability allocation of five percent (5%) to all restricted donations. The sustainability allocation enables our Foundation to recover costs associated with the processing and management of donations, the effective stewardship and recognition of our donors, and the provision of reports and other communication materials that tell the story of donor impact upon the hospital, its medical centres of excellence, and the patient care provided. Tax receipts will be issued for the full donation amount.
