Taking Strides for Lung Cancer Research

On June 5th, join us as we Give A Breath to those affected by lung cancer.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality and for many, is diagnosed at a late stage, making it a difficult disease to treat or control. Your support not only emboldens the many runners and walkers going the extra-mile for lung cancer research but it will go directly towards funding lung cancer research and early detection methods at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, with support from the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation in partnership with the Alberta Cancer Foundation. This research has no borders and will benefit those in Alberta and beyond.
